Study of “separation anxiety”

Medical and charity workers are calling on the government to examine the impact of “separation anxiety” on refugee children. The condition was first identified in World War II “child migrants” from the UK, and is now being displayed by child refugees arriving in the UK from war-torn countries such as Kosovo.
