Stressed-out employees are losing sleep
More than 20 per cent of UK employees lose sleep because of pressure and
stress at work, according to new research. Senior and middle managers are the
worst affected, with 28 per cent saying their work has a negative impact on
sleep. The findings come in the results of new research by management company
Vielife. Clive Pinter, managing director of Vielife, says disturbed sleep
could have a profound impact on personal and corporate performance.
