Stressed-out employees are losing sleep

More than 20 per cent of UK employees lose sleep because of pressure and stress at work, according to new research. Senior and middle managers are the worst affected, with 28 per cent saying their work has a negative impact on sleep. The findings come in the results of new research by management company Vielife. Clive Pinter, managing director of Vielife, says disturbed sleep could have a profound impact on personal and corporate performance.
