High-fibre eaters “less stressed and more
positive”
Research indicates that high-fibre eaters are less stressed and more positive.
Study results published in the journal Appetite show that those who consume
high-fibre cereals are less emotional, more positive, have fewer cognitive
difficulties and find it easier to sleep than those who eat low-fibre cereal.
The research is from Cardiff University.
