A survey has revealed that being in control is good for your health and is the
key to a sense of well-being. The survey of 2,000 people, commissioned by
Boots the Chemist, found that, after control, being happy with our looks and
feeling valued socially are all important. The survey also revealed that a
good sex life, being happy with work, feeling physically healthy, low stress
levels, money and family and friends also contribute.
