Advice on depression

Figures show that depression affects 1 in 5 people at some time in their lives, yet many people are reluctant to take antidepressants for fear of side effects or becoming addicted. The charity Depression Alliance has a new booklet to help people understand more about antidepressants. “Depression & Antidepressants” explains in layman’s terms the different types of drugs and how they work.
