888 Breathing
When you breathe quietly and deeply you notify your stressed body that everything is okay.
Picture a large triangle in front of you. Trace it with your finger as you count to yourself. Breathe in slowly from the diaphragm, counting to eight. Hold your breath for a count of eight and then slowly breathe out counting to eight. Repeat this several times, until you feel yourself getting calmer.
